General Liability

Provides your agency with protection for a wide range of acts or offenses which result in bodily injury, property damage, personal and advertising injury said to be caused by your agency or one of your staff.

Property

Commercial Property Insurance helps your nonprofit recover when certain disasters jeopardize your physical assets your organization owns or leases such as buildings, office equipment and office furniture. Covered events might include fire, windstorms, theft, or vandalism. Many policies also include Business Interruption Insurance. This policy covers up to twelve months of lost income when certain events force your client to put their business operations on hold. For example, if a fire destroys your client's workplace, Business Interruption Insurance can pay for the ongoing costs of keeping your client's business afloat when it can't generate revenue.

Directors & Officers (D&O)

Provides coverage for damages resulting from the wrongful acts of the directors, officers, trustees and managers as well as for the agency as an entity. Also provides coverage for employment related actions, including allegations of wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination. Auto

Coverage for bodily injury and property damage caused by employees and volunteers driving personal autos or agency-owned vehicles.

Professional Liability

Coverage for professionals such as mental health workers, counselors, teachers, social workers, publishers, and consultants.

Provides another layer of protection above and beyond the amounts or limits covered by your primary policies. Usually applies to general liability, employer's liability and auto policies.
