Print Friendly, PDF & Email

December 14th, 2018

Attract and retain the “Best and the Brightest” employees in 2019 and beyond. Participate in Fair Pay for Northern California Nonprofits: The 2019 Compensation & Benefits Survey, the best survey of its kind.

610 nonprofit organizations, reporting on over 32,000 employees, participated in the 2018 survey, making it the largest and most robust in the survey’s 40-year history, and the 6th year in a row the survey broke its participant record!

77% of the 2018 survey’s participants (up from 72% in 2017) see hiring challenges in the year ahead, and they foresee increased competition from their colleagues and businesses to attract and retain the “best and brightest” employees.

Your organization will need the wealth of information produced by the 2019 survey to compete effectively on this ever-changing playing field, including valuable information about compensation, base pay, employee benefits, salary increases, personnel policies, as well as data that larger nonprofits can use to justify to the IRS the compensation they pay their executive employees.

This annual survey is published by Oakland-based Nonprofit Compensation Associates (NCA).

The survey covers a vast geographic area, 48 Northern California counties, from Del Norte County in the far northwest to Inyo County in the far southeast.

To participate in the 2019 survey (and acquire the 2018 survey report, if you don’t already have it), visit www.nonprofitcomp.com, or email NCA at survey@nonprofitcomp.com.

Participation deadline: February 8, 2019 Extended Deadline: March 1, 2018

We insure more than 1,200 nonprofit organizations throughout California and we are the only California brokerage specializing in insurance for nonprofits. Our clients range from newly established nonprofits all the way to venerable organizations with multiple locations statewide.
