State Fund Offers Extended Credit for Policyholders Disrupted by the Wildfires

Yesterday, State Compensation Insurance Fund (State Fund) issued a statement offering a 30-day credit extension to workers’ compensation policyholders who may be facing business disruptions by the wildfires in counties declared as a State of Emergency. (Pleasanton, CA) – State Compensation Insurance Fund (State Fund) is offering a 30-day credit extension to workers’ compensation policyholders who may be facing business disruptions in Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, Yuba, Butte, Lake, Mendocino, Nevada, and Orange Counties and any others named in emergency proclamations issued by Governor Jerry Brown Jr. due to the current wildfires. Policyholders can request the extension by calling State Fund’s Customer Service Center at (888) 782-8338 or through their insurance broker.
