Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department of our company in its primary and administrative duties. This role will be tasked with helping to organize campaigns, develop marketing strategies, conduct market research, and assist the Marketing Manager as needed. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organization and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Utilize social media platforms to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department's operations.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
- Prepare and deliver regular marketing reports.
- Maintain and update impeccable records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
- Monitor competitors' marketing activities.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Manage, and contribute to, the creation of marketing materials and collateral.
- Help organize and coordinate marketing/sales events.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role.
- Proven Experience running social media campaigns.
- Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Google Suite).
- Proficiency in creative marketing software (e.g., Adobe Suite).
- Knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
