Workplace Violence & Active Assailant

Active assailant incidents continue to pose a serious risk for organizations across the country. From 2020 through 2024, the FBI identified 223 incidents, a 70% increase over the previous five-year period. No organization expects it to happen to them, but preparation can make a critical difference.

Primary Coverage for the threat or event of attacks with firearms, vehicles, knives, hand-held instruments, explosives and even drones. All malicious attacks are eligible for coverage.
‍Fills gaps in coverage that may exist in common insurance policies such as Commercial General Liability, Business Income, Worker’s Compensation, Property Coverage, and Terrorism Exclusions.
‍Covers business interruption and loss of income due to workplace violence or a malicious attack.
‍Provides additional security, counseling, and public relations up to $250,000.
