We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property & Casualty Support Team Technician to join our team.

Position Overview

Responsible for assisting the customer service department in support of commercial lines insurance coverage.

When you join us, we expect you to:

  • Cultivate strong relationships internally to provide support and customer service
  • Respond to correspondence and requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner
  • Follow written procedures and workflows for assigned work
  • Prepare and distribute certificates of insurance in compliance with policy requirements
  • Process and check insurance policies, endorsements, endorsement requests, and audits for accuracy
  • Answer incoming calls that roll over from the receptionist to assist customers and direct them to correct AM/Service contact.

Requirements

1-2 years of insurance experience

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
